The parking is not great, and all of the apartments in Arizona are like this place. Not enough parking and lots of apartments.

After living in over eight different communities, here is what I can tell you...the staff is incredible- and I do mean incredible. The amenities are fantastic, and the whole place is so well-kept that you wonder how they do it.

The apartment are very well built, my electrictiy bill was $36.00 this month for a two bedroom. They are smaller, but they show you the apartment before you move-in don't they' They are well thought out though, with wall space for your belongings and plenty of living space. I love it here and reccommend it on a daily basis. I just renewed my lease and this is the first place that actually told me how glad I was choosing to stay with them. The staff is stable and seem to enjoy being around to help you.
