Just recently I found out that the manager left- very abrubtly. For two weeks- no answer to problem- my neighbor is soooo loud. If ALL of the people in the office are leaving- why shouldn't I' The manager was great- sorry to see her leave- and the other office staff- no wonder place looks so bad. Can't say anything nice except easy freeway location.

I am looking for a place and was excited about the location but I have lived in Arizona all my life and know that area is slightly scary at best. I was considering it based on their web site advertisement (very secure) but with the rent price and all these reviews and the crime report. NO WAY. I hope they get their act together soon.

I think you need to get out more if you've lived here all your life. The area is nowhere near "slightly scary at best". Anywhere on Bell and Central going south is where you might find that. There are WAY worse off places that this could ever be compared to. Seriously, I'm not joking.
