Whatever you do don't rent at Monte Viejo this is the worst apartment complex I have ever seen for the price you pay and the so called 'luxury'. Don't believe any of the good reviews this place gets on this site because they are all posted by the staff to make them look better. First off the parking is horrible, as you can tell by reading numerous reviews. Everynight I come home I never find a parking spot unless I get lucky driving around the entire complex. Second the security here is horrible, I know countless people who have had cars broken into, stolen, and my neighbors brand new motorcycle stolen while it was chained to a pole next to his car. The staff here is a complete bunch of morons who care nothing except making money on sales, and aparently they're not even good at that. Everytime I go down to the office there are two new dumb blonde women looking to be the next ------- manager. Finally dont expect them to do anything about a problem in your apartment because my roof has been leaking right in my bedroom everytime it rains and its gotten progressively worse. I have told them to fix it at least ten times, and everytime nothing happens. It ------- pours, literally pours water through a huge as crack in my roof in my room! This place sucks, I'm not paying any ------- fees to get out of my lease early. Also I dont think they put a single layer of ------- insulation in this place. I can hear people having conversations across the parking lot when I'm in bed, and our tiny apartment costs us $160 ------- dollars a month for electric and the a/c is only set at 78 degrees, and Im not even there most of the time to use any other electricity, what the ----! I even went to the office one day and some sales ----- was showing a couple the grounds to sell them an apartment, and she was trying to tell them how well insulated the windows are by using the offices' back door to the pool as an example. She opened the door and you could hear the waterfall in the pool, then she closed it and was all like "see you can't ear anythng." I just started ------- laughing right there, I was like they don't use the same two pane windows in the apartments you dumb -----, this office is the only nice building in this entire ------- complex.

Thats funny because I had a similar issue with my apartment and the manager was willing to transfer me with out a problem. And if the office staff is so incompetent, why in the hell would you give them a rating of 3? Sounds like you're the moron. As for the dual pane windows, they actually do use the same windows as in the apartments....Talk about an idiot! I broke one of the windows in my apartment and low and behold....There was another pane right in front of it....Hmmmm!!!!
