Great Location

I've lived here for about 3 months now and here are some of my experiences:
1. The front office lost my application before they could process it. When they did process it, there were mistakes that took time to fix.
2. Out of 7 messages I left for my leasing agent, one call was returned.
3. I was never given the code to open my garage... when I did get it, it was wrong. When I asked management about it, they told me the 4 numbers were right, I just had to enter then in different orders until I found the right code.
4. My gate key and garage door opener stopped working a week after move in. After re-programming them, they stopped working again a week later.
5. The front gate keypad has only worked half the time I've lived here. This has left me waiting for 30 mminutes outside the front gate until someone with a remote comes. Management denies there's a problem.
6. There's no Business center!
All in all, these apartments are in a great location and they're modern and upscale; but as far as being "luxury" they're not. Living previously at River Walk and Bela Flora in Phoenix makes me appreciate what I had before moving here: luxury and a competent management team.
