I like it here. The grounds are immaculate, the pool clean, the maintenance A-1 and the staff is friendly and helpful. Yesterday, the clubhouse served food and beverages to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. We had a get together in Feb too. And most of the neighbors are friendly but you'll have that everywhere. Some say hi and some don't. Too bad for them. I would recommend this place to everyone, young and old. It's on a quiet street yet close to parks, shopping and highways. The only think I had to get accustomed to was the noise of the 101 but then I'm facing it. It grows on you. Being on the 3rd floor my window overlooks the north range of mountains and hot air balloons. But it beats, loud, rowdy, rude neighbors. Thank you, Monte Viego, for providing pleasant living arrangements.
