I hate this place!

Don't live here.

I hate it.

My garage door opener stops working often - and at the worst times! One week it didn't work everyday.

I was late to several appointments.

The mailboxes are so far away from me and not easy to get to.

If I want to drive there, I have to do it during the day or there is no parking.

There's never parking anywhere! I have to park really far away in the far parking lot if I get home past 4:00 and our other car is in the garage.

It's not fun to walk half a mile to your own home with an infant and a diaper bag.

I'm on the second floor.

The people above me do karate or something all day long and I have to be quiet for the people below me.

Also people like to stand right outside my bedroom window at night and talk and drink.

I've actually gone down many times in my pajamas at 2am to yell at some people that are probably my age.

There's a smoking area outside my daughters bedroom window, so no opening windows for her! I've had kids throwing rocks at my door and when I opened it I almost got hit with a rock and I was holding my daughter.

I got home really late one night with my daughter and the only parking spot within a quarter of a mile was handicapped.

I had work early in the morning and had a million things to carry so I parked there.

When I left for work a few hours later, my car was towed.

Yes I know I did the wrong thing, but it's unsafe for me to be walking alone with a small child.

I lost my job because of it.

In my apt, there is NO storage whatsoever.

I don't have a balcony or a storage unit.

The hall closet is a joke.

The dishwasher can't be opened if you're standing infront of the sink.

The dryer door won't stay open.

There is hardly any room for groceries.

With three people, these things are just annoying things I have to deal with everyday.

They've left me a notice saying that my rent was late, when it wasn't.

When I called to give them my notice to vacate, I was told they needed 60 days not 30.

The lady told me I was irresponsible and I need to go read the lease I signed a year ago.

I'm sorry, everywhere else I've lived it's been 30 day notice.

I thought I was being responsible.

So now they are making me stay an extra month paying the month to month rent which is $200 more dollars than I pay now.

I really can't afford to move now! How can I pay all that money to them and then pay a deposit on a new place'' Times are rough for everyone, I've paid my rent for a year.

I've never been late (I've been accused of it though) and I've done nothing wrong.

You'd think I would get a little respect.

Seriously don't live here.

I hate this place.

It was honestly the most annoying year of my life.

I'm devastated I have to wait another month to get the heck outta here!

Anonymous 04/25/2009, you're probably among the loser tenants who cause trouble on the property. You should be evicted.
