I just moved in with my fiance last month and let me start off by saying that the area is centrally located and everything is within 5 miles of where this apartment complex is. The office management and staff are GREAT. We are very pleased with our stay and i saw that other people were complaining about parking....everyone has assigned parking spots and if you have more than 1 car you can park in the uncovered spots. We have 2 pools now, 1 at the main entrance that is very nice with a waterfall, and another secluded pool because theres rarely anyone there(which is what i prefer). The workout gym is superb! I love the fact that there are 2 treadmills, an elliptical, yoga mats, dumbells, and all the weight training equipment. Last saturday Monte Viejo staff hosted a ice cream social that was great on a hot day. There was a haagan daas guy there making free icecream for everyone at the pool, what a treat. The people around are very responsible, friendly, and mature. I always see the maitenance cleaning the grounds, pool, facilities, and landscaping like every day. Great ameneties in the apartments as well, roman soaking tubs, i have a nice walk-in closet, new GE appliances, and best of all a GE washer and dryer, i hated going to the laundromat. I am very sattisfied with this place and for the money you cant go wrong, it is literally 2 exits away from desert ridge with everything you need there. we have 3 gas stations on the corner where we are, a mcdonalds directly behind us, a costco across the street, as well as federicos mexican drive thru,coffee bean and tea leaf, a nail salon, ups store, native new yorker and a few more stores i forgot. I have never been so satisfied with an apartment honestly, and i wouldnt listen to the other reviews because some people are just never satisfied anywhere they go, or they have 1 bad incident and want to make a big deal out of nothing, everyone who lives here that i have spoken too are very satisfied, i dont plan on moving for a while, i finally feel at home.
