Save yourself the trouble and dont even think about renting here. From the first day here I have had dificultys. The staff is ok untill you have a problem and then the hard times begin. If it is a service they usually have it fixed after a cupple of days untill the lease time is near. There is no security and there is nothing but vandals aaround distroying your property and the noise level oudside is ok but inside the apartment you can here what ever your neibor is doing. My friends I met here had the same problems as me and they had a bad roach problem. Stay away from the problems.
