when i first turned 18. i moved into the sandpoint cause it was close to school.i stayed for about 7 months then decided to buy a house. that didnt work out so i moved back to sandspoint. boy, was that a very big mistake. the management changed and were all very rude and uncooperative, my car was broken into then eventually stolen, two days after i got a new car someone tried stealing it in which i got jumped and beat up pretty badly. i notified them that i was going to leave cause i didnt feel safe,and instead of asking me if i am ok, she just said "ok you have to pay me the termination fee. she never told me about the transfer program. it is a very dirty,crime infested, complex with bad management.(thanks to vicki) do not make this your home!!!!!!!!!!!
