1. YOU DON'T RECEIPTS AFTER EVERY TRANSACTION...(ALWAYS GET A COPY OF YOUR PAYMENTS AND HAVE THEM SIGN)
2. THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE SERVICE IS REALLY POOR, HER NAME IS DIANA - SHE NEVER RETURNS CALLS.
3. THEY TELL YOU THEY CAN'T FIND PAYMENTS THAT YOU MADE (AGAIN, HAVE THEM SIGN EVERY LITTLE THING)
4. THEY CHANGE STAFF OFTEN
5. THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT THE LITTLIEST THING
AND THEN CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND A LEG
6. PEST!!! CALL THE EXTERMINATOR AND TERMINATE SANDS POINT
7. SECURITY PATROL...HMM!! AT LEAST ONE OF THEM DID THEIR JOB ( ONE OUT OF HOW MANY')
**OVER ALL ... LOOK ELSE WHERE THIS IS REALLY NOT A GOOD IDEA...
