Refuse to do anything about security

They had a security guy, but decided he wasn't worth anything to this large apartment complex. The crime rate here, if you have anything of any value in your car, is fairly high. The first week I was there, everysingle car (except mine because it was a 1983 Pontiac 6000 that nobody wanted) along my parking row had their passenger window broken and glove box emptied.
Take a long hard look around the property before you decide to move in. Note the broken locks, trashed areas, flooded ditches (due to broken underground water pipes), broken parking lamps, etc etc etc. You decide for yourself. The office, when asked about this, refuses to put any money into it -- even though they just started charging for water.
Also, a friend moved in on the lower floor, and the floors, walls, etc were crawling with roaches... The office finally moved them to an upper floor (which they should have done in the first place). 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Well, I was there a couple of weeks ago and they just recently upgraded the apartment community.
