Fabulous Manager.... NO...

She has not been here long enough to be fabulous.

I have encountered her as very cold and not very nice.

Be careful when you sign or do not sign.
Only her opinion or decision matters, You do not.
This was A very nice place to live until you want to leave or until Shenise the new manager who stared in Nov 04 arrived. Do not rent here..... until she leaves.

I have been in AIMCO since 2001 in other properties. I would not move to other AIMCO if I did not enjoy living in them....
