Unstable management model From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   First of all there have been 3 different managers in the past year, and there remain no employees who were here the day we signed our lease. I personally reported a leak in my roof and learned of leaks in over 20 other units. Management has yet to successfully repair our leak and many others, and has also not opted for a permanant solution. Several incidences throughout the year have left me feeling scared and disappointed with management's crime-free campaigne. Our car has been stollen and both vehicles vandelized. No lights have been installed in the back where we park, although the lights in the front near the office are currently being replaced. Interesting to me, how about you' Courtesy patrol is on premises about half of the time, but rarely comes to the back. I've personally caught one "guard" in particular sitting down in a secluded maintenance office watching TV.
