Glad to be Leaving

We moved here in order to be close to my school, Ai.
There are loud stereo systems at all hours which set off overly sensitive car alarms. The management is rude and unwilling to address issues. I've seen blatant drug use outside in the open on several occassions- when I called the management they said there was nothing they could do. Don't be fooled by the "Good Neighbor Agreement". There are obnoxious parties on week nights. Fights and disturbances that have awaken me. The helicopter seems to fancy the area as I've seen it circling the complex. Twice, policemen have come running through with dogs and rifles. It's an awful place to live, if you value security.
I will say though that the maintenance has always been prompt- just make sure that if you do not talk to an actual person - LEAVE A MESSAGE. The grounds are fairly nice, though we've had to call about some issues like broken glass. The apartment we have is on the top floor so I feel safer and there is no overhead noise except the helicopters and the partying from below. Our 1 bedroom is spacious with vaulted ceilings, however we are gladly sacrificing space for a better community.
