Yo! It's all here...daily visits by the police and firefighters. Gunfire, noisy car exhaust, louder car stereos, and drunks pounding on your door at 4 am. Oh, and the arcadia doors are installed wrong, so if ya don't pin 'em you'll be losing your valubles. The druggies want your guns and jewelry and the dumpster divers want your credit card numbers. Oh and watch your car, cuz if it isn't stolen it will surely be vandalised. Maybe you'll be lucky enough to find a sex offenders ID at the pool. No worries tho, they don't allow felons to live here, just the folk who live with them.
But hey, if you decide to veg your crib, no biggie! You can play Roach hunter. Yup those skateboard sized critters and thier smaller cousins will provide hours of fun. Add leaking pipes and possible mold and life is sweet.
Caring Staff....if they weren't shuffled out every few weeks, maybe they would. Resident managers might remain long enough to clean house, and then get canned....and back come the riff raff. Profit over Pride, right Aimco'
