Wow, where do I start' It's an unsafe complex, no doubt about it. Everything everyone below has said is absolutely true...the police are there every night. It's a so-called "gated community" which is really great, if the gates would ever be shut. My car was broken into and vandalized. There are constant loud parties, domestic disturbances, and the place is downright filthy. The lovely staff doesn't really care what happens to you as long as they get their rent check. It's teeming with drug deals and violence...so basically, if you're looking for a criminally inhabited place to live, check out Sands Point.
