Um, not so bad really...

I moved here in February, and the place isn't as bad as these reviews make it out to be.

the mgmt has been really nice, and the apt I rented is great - no complaints. When you live in public housing, you have to learn to tolerate the 800 other people living here.

Sure, the gate was crashed into by a car last month, but they're fixing it and it should be closing again tonight.

Filty' What's filthy' The pools are clean, the garbage is collected almost daily, the maintenance staff is constantly sweeping and picking up trash. my only complaint is that I wish the hot water in the kitchen would heat up faster - have to wait a few minutes before it starts to run warm.

Very important - Aimco sold the complex to Fairfield Properties, they will announce it next month. Let's see what the new owners do. Condo, anyone'
