mold problem From: sandspointsucks Date posted: 4/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I agree with the majority of reviews on this one. I lived at Sands Point for 2 years only because of the price for how huge of an apartment I had. I too saw tons of crime, and by my secound year into my lease I could bearly breath due to the mold that took over the apartment. Managment sucked never addressed loud noise problems so when I would with the neighbor I would then come home to a complaint from management for me addressing the problem with the neighbor. Maintace also sucked, MOLD took over my whole apartment and everytime I would call maintnance they would just come and paint over it. Don't be cheap, move to a nicer area and get your money worth! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
