Since AIMCO sold the property to Fairfield a few months ago, maintanence has dropped down to a couple guys once in a while and saftey has become a serious issue. My car was just stolen, and two of our nieghbors in the same complex have had thier cars stolen SEVERAL times. Don't be fooled by the security gates, they haven't worked for nearly 5 months, and they haven't done anything about them. Solicitors have free range here now. Fitness equiptment may be getting replaced, but if they continue to allow security to go down the drain and hike rent pricing, there's nothing they can do to save the property value. There are police next door every week, and I have personally witnessed two shootings in the past 3 months. Office people are incompetent and rarely helpful. I'd suggest finding a house or a better place for the same money.

I was just as scared when Fairfield took over but if you take the time to talk to the manager she will explain everything. I never even could talk to the managers the last 2 years. That to me is an upgrade

I have spoken with the managers. Several times. Nice people? Yes. Good business people and apartment managers? No.
