We have lived in the Sands Point/Montelano Apts for almost 4 years now. Granted, sometimes there are disturbences but do you realize how many people live here. Every issue that we've had has been addressed promptly included noisy neighbors (evicted), maintenance issues (always there within 24 hours) and who are you hanging out with when these alleged pimps, hookers, and drug dealers were seen' I have been here for 4 years and have never seen any of them. Even if you did see them, there will be bad apples in even the fanciest of apartment complexes. Oh, and about the gates.....Im glad they are broken, they were too much of a hassle.
