Bad Management From: notahappycampertimestwo Date posted: 1/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 2 responses   Apparently I had a water bill that was address to the wrong person and I was responsible for paying it. I said no problem all I asked for was a bill in MY name. Nope, I never received that bill and got treaten by late charges. I am very disappointed with the management.
