There are good and bad things about living here. It was good enough that I've stuck around two years. The layout of the apartment is good, there were a couple of painted over bugs as have been mentioned in other reviews. For a relatively good price I had decent square footage and recently updated washer/dryer, fridge, and stove/oven, new floors. The location is close to I-17 which is very convenient.

They have a nice little workout room... unfortunatley its only open during their office hours. On M-F that's from 9am-5:30pm. So if you have a day job... forget excersizing here during the week.

The front pool is nice, they keep it clean and the waterfall and landscaping make it very tropical-resort like. I think there's another pool on property but I've never been to it. Grounds in general are ok, upkeep and cleanliness is moderate at best.

Walls might be kind of thin, but my neighbors are generally quiet and I haven't had problems with noise. The most annoying part is that the smell of cigarette smoke sometimes leaks into my apartment from one of my neighbors. I'm not sure how this happens but its very unpleasant.

I've had a lot of issues with little bugs in my kitchen and bathroom. I have no idea what they are but they are terrible. The management does have a weekly exterminator service they offer but it doesn't seem to help and there doesn't seem to be anything else they can do about it.

Security is iffy. It doesn't seem to be in the safest of all areas but I suppose that's just city living. Sometimes lights go out and aren't fixed for a loooong time. The gate also frequently stops working (and it doesn't really keep people out anyway).

So overall my experience has been pretty good. I suppose a lot of it would come down to luck, depending on who your neighbors were, and the bug population in your apartment. With noise and bugs it probably helps that I'm on the 3rd floor.
