This place is incedibly inefficient and the staff are nothing but salespeople who fal lon the blanket of a ridiculous lease for every complaint. They expect double attention out of your pocketbook, especially (heaven forbid) you're even a day or two late on rent, but return nothing. The toilet backs up if you so much as flush a single piece of tissue. They came out once to look at it, snaked it (which they didnt even do as well as I could have) and told me "These toilets just have problems." It's infested with bugs, I'm positive that the "exterminator" the sold me on even exists.

He's where the real customer service fell through for me though. I recently had a son, and at the same time had major dental surgery which costs me thousands, on top of obvious pain. I informed the lardlord I would be paying a few days late, sveral days BEFORE rent was even due. They said everything would be fine and explained to me there was a $25 fee on the forth for being late, and an additional legal fee on the fifth of $25-$30 because they send the "case" to a lawyer (even though I told them face to face when I was paying and had never been late). Then it was $5 a day. I got paid the following friday, the 10th, so planned to pay in full with all fees the 10th. Exactly 1 week late. Now I dont expect a free ride. At all, but any human being understands that most people simply get paid bi-weekly. There was no way to pay sooner for me. The fees sounded reasonable enough to tolerate. I went in to pay and they informed me they had already sent me in for eviction and it would be another $45 legal fee and $137 cancellation fee for the processing of that eviciton. My total rent was $880, up from $625 for being exactly one week late (rent is strictly due on the 3rd btw), a total of $255 in late fees, even though I was there with a good record and a promise to pay... All they had to do was TELL ME about the fees added on the 10th and I could have possibly resorted to borrowing money... something. It makes you understand that they would rather turn you in and out and move on to another sucker than try to maintain professional service and keep a happy community. The place if for people with no other option. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
