I just moved out of this place and let me tell you. While this new company can come in and redo the place they think they are so special. They treat the residents like second class citizens. If you don't pay your final bill the second you move out they will send you to collections before you can blink. And to make matters more difficult, if you dont have the money they dont even care. I tried begging the manager to let me make payments, but "no, my regional won't allow me to take payments on anything less than $1000". WHATEVER!
