Honestly people, if you have met or get to meet Tyleen the Manager at Montelano, I personally think she is the best. If you are not happy here then in my opinion you will not be happy anywhere. Apartment communities are not daycares people, grow up.

Ya, and their "Gated Community" is a joke. Their gates never work and the front one is always open. Very high crime area.

Tyleen is the best property manager there is, and i cant believe half of these belly griping people. The office staff is not a daycare facility, and you bet your sweet ass if they catch kids doing inproper activities such as climbing on gates or jumping off the building structures they would say something-who wouldn't? Its common sense. I notcied half the people who are copmplaining on here sound like the low life trash who dont have anything better to do with their time than to ----- about pointless issues. Such as the bills that you would owe if you were anywhere.. honestly WTF? who complains that they are late on their rent and have late charges- ERH DUH.
