Ever since Montelano took over management and changed it from Sands Point Apts, they are terrible!!

Management sucks, they routinely tow peoples second car if they dont move it all the time.They dont care about any of the many, many issues we had with the ghetto neighborhood.

All they care about is making the grounds look nice so you'll think its a nice place to live. Dont be fooled. Once you are renting, they could give a flying F@#k about you.

The walls are paper thin. I lived in two different apts there and they were both aweful. Plubming was backed up, leaking ceilings. Everything is terrible!
