You're better off in a rent-by-the-week hotel.

Seriously. If you move here, then you're obviously a sadist. The complex itself is okay for the price range. It's the over abundance of people working here who must take pleasure in making you miserable. The staff here are beyond words. Let's start with the front office. A lady by the name of Hilda is the worst of them all. Every SINGLE time we come to her with any issue on the apartment, in return all we get is a confused look and on a lucky day maybe a nod. She hardly understands English, and it's pretty obvious, considering EVERY work order we've ever submitted to her has gotten lost. We've gone 3 days without air conditioning before because she repeatedly lost the work orders. It must be part of the application process to work here to be either completely dimwitted or just a douchebag in general. One time I had some friends over and we were in the volleyball court, a "security guard" (and I use that term loosely) came up to us since it was a minute after it closed. We complied and went back up to the apartment and thought all was well. The next day my fiance gets a call from the front office that the security guard felt "threatened for his safety by some females". The residents are just as awful as the staff if not worse. There is a pack of kids, about ten of them from ages 6-12 who run this place DOWN. Literally. They are out there from when I get up to go to work to when I get home in the evening. I guess their parents don't believe in childhood education, I don't know. They run and scream up the stairs constantly. They knock over vending machines to try to steal soda. They play in the pool by themselves! Unsupervised! They literally take stray animals and torture them. I couldn't make this up if I tried. They took a stray cat and were literally throwing rocks at it's head while another hethan held the poor thing down. The office refused to acknowledge this. I just got a phone call over a complaint of my aggressive loud barking dog (a tiny mini schnauzer who NEVER barks and is currently cuddled on the couch still in his bumblebee Halloween costume. How harmful do you think he is'!). Whoever juts called me had the audacity to tell me that someone complained that the noise of "pressing buttons on the Rockband guitar" was too loud. I seriously can't make this up. If you enjoy being at home, do not move here. EVER.
