Management there at Montelano is AWFULL to say the least!!! They don't speak much english and it's hard to talk to someone who's don't know what the hell your saying! My time was a year, I was treated like a queen when I moved in, then six months into the lease, I was forgotten and treated like the help. No communication and very poor customer service, when it came to dealing with the women in the office. And the complex has more and more shaddy people who are moving in.
I am very upset that out of my $500.00 dollar deposit, I only recieved $50.00 back!! It was either discrimination or hungry and greedy mangement. I know I left the apartment in good shape, except the oven. Doesn't the company pay for painting and rug cleaning anyway' They charged for that and cleaning the stove they charged me $15.00 dollar labor. They suck!!
DON'T MOVE THERE!!! Take your money somewhere else.
