aimco ='s dump From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   this place blows my god, i saw the maintance guys drinking at 7 am, i dont have many probs here...the place is cheap as heck...i hate laundry rooms this one is horrible what a mess. free dryers make people go to the laundry mat then use our dryers, gates never work i seen 5 wreaks since i moved people come around the dumpster and hit cars at night and fly out about 80 mph. oven is from 1970....walls crack when you vacuum. lol they charged a guy 1,010 bucks when he moved out for there cabnets being chipped...prob were when he moved in. doubt he pd that fee,w/o a lawyer. good luck w/ finding a parking spot beaners try and breakin in ur car everynight!....all u here is -------- talking blah blah wtf are u sayin beaners' the one guy in the office is an worthless pos he cant even find a package that is bigger then him.
