The only reason I moved into this place is because I just moved from out of state and it was cheap after I moved in I realized why it was cheap. There's never any parking, the gates next to never work, there were bugs in my cabinets and pantry, the dishwasher didn't work, the a/c wasn't worth a damn, the laundry facility was always dirty, half the washers worked and it was like a big gamble as to which ones the coke machine didn't even work, the facilites were always busy,too, my fridge had rusted shelves, the worst plumbing I've ever seen, the pool was always busy, the outside lamps worked sometimes, people parked where they shouldn't, trash didn't get picked up on the grounds, and people don't tend to their kids, the apartment from the time I moved in had some unknown smell that I never got rid of through all my cleaning and candles and are fresheners.etc. The staff was horrible everytime I called or went into the office they were uninfomrative, rude, and no help whatsoever...they were so bad that it wasn't worth the pain to correspond with them. My car and my girlfriend's car were both keyed while living there and it did not feel safe. I frequently saw prostitues on the premises and kids were never supervised. I cannot give one good reason to live in this hell hole especially since now they charge the kind of rent you would expect in Scottsdale or Awatukee. I am so happy to be out of there. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
