maintence From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived here for almost a year. Thank God my lease is up in Jan!! I literally count down the days!! My toilet flooded for a week before anyone took care of it. My refridgerator doesn't work at all and my diswasher doesn't work. I have contacted maintence a total of 28 times to fix it they have come to the apt 3 times and still have fixed my fridge or my diswasher. and the people in the office suck and most of my neighbors don't speak english or are thugs. DO NOT RENT HERE they are horrible the rent is low for a reason!!
