Disgusting! Mice Everywhere!

Although the complex is fairly new, inexpensive, and eye catching, I would never resign another lease again.
We saw the first mouse 5 months after we moved in and repeated trips to the office have not solved anything.
They only offer sticky traps, and with a little peanut butter we caught 2 of them.
Since then weve seen 3 more.
We have talked to 2 other neighbors who have seen mice in their place as well and the office says to each one of us "oh, this is the first time we've heard of this".
Ya right! Looks can be deceiving, my advice...go elsewhere.

Lived at the complex since March 2008. While it isn't perfect (some problems with roaches, though it's been quite some time since this has been bad, as well as some noisy children in the pool area during the summer) I must say that I have never seen a mouse. I'm not discounting the experience of the poster above, just indicating that I don't think everyone feels this way. My husband and I like it here - good value for the money and location, responsive office staff, great maintenance...

I have been a resident for almost a full year now and have not seen a single rodent in or around my apt.
