Although the complex is fairly new, inexpensive, and eye catching, I would never resign another lease again. We saw the first mouse 5 months after we moved in and repeated trips to the office have not solved anything. They only offer sticky traps, and with a little peanut butter we caught 2 of them. Since then weve seen 3 more. We have talked to 2 other neighbors who have seen mice in their place as well and the office says to each one of us "oh, this is the first time we've heard of this". Ya right! Looks can be deceiving, my advice...go elsewhere.
