when u first come to check things out, the show you just the "front face" of the complex, but it's juts when u strat actually moving in that u see how dirty the place is,and how unsecure.we've had so many problems with these people that we cant wait to move out. it certanly's not wut it seems.it definitly's not safe at all.the laundry has no a.c and it's always dirty with stuff in the floor and on the tables. outside the walksides are covered mostly by car's oil or cigars, but that's only wutu get to see when u start living here.from the outside it all be awesome and beautiful and safe. BUT THING'S ARE NOT AS THEY LOOK LIKE. so i would not recomend this place, and if u still want to check it out, do it from the very from to the very back, and u'll be surprised of how it starts changing. THE LEASE OFFICE'S PERRTY AND CLEAN, BUT THAT'S NOT WHERE U ARE GONNA SLEEP AND PAY FOR.CHECK THE APTS OUT, CAREFULLY , THE PPL AND EVERYTHING ELSE.

im so sick of these people that i'd only been here a few months and im already looking for a new place to move out of this ------ complex. those ppl have taken as much money from me as the could, and when i was going over the leese, i found that if i wanted to move out of here, i would have o pay up to 500 dollars!!!but that's not it,i got some mail to someone i figured it used to live here, just at my place, the thing was thta the RE:MORGAN PARK/ALLIANCE was charging this person 1985.00 dollars for sumthing, and they were also very clear on saying that if the amount to be paid didnt get to them in 30days they will be force to work on his/her debt further under the guidelines of the fair debt collections practices act.HOW SCARY IS THAT!!!!?? i mean i dotn wanna move out and then get one of these lovely letters from these people.

Something you need to remember is that Alliance took over the property not too long ago. By that time, the previous owners had let so many things go that it's taking a lot of work to get the apartments into better, more habitable conditions.
Also, if you're looking to move before your lease is over, any apartment complex is going to charge at least two months rent in order to legally terminate the lease and require 30 day notice of intent to vacate in writing. I know this because at a different property I lived at, I needed to do this. About the only way you can terminate a lease legally without having to pay is if you can prove that there are health and safety issues that the owners (in this case Alliance) have not fixed after serving them a five day notice to fix whatever is wrong. For this, you must go through the City of Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department with the Landlord Tenant Association. They can tell you how to handle everything legally and provide all the paperwork you would need to submit.
