I can't wait to get out... From: rob_cass Date posted: 4/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The first night my husband and I moved into our new apartment at Morgan Parks the AC broke and there was no hot water. We should have known it wouldn't change as time went on. Sebastian who works at the office was VERY helpful he had called me back as soon as I left a message that night and gave me his personal number and left school early so that he could get us situated and comfortable that night. Now they left a notice on everyones door that says that the water is going to be turned off EVERY Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 4pm for the next 2 months!!! Plus they have been doing it randomly for the last 4! The parking sucks if you have more than one vehicle and they assign you the covered spot FARTHEST away from your apartment! The safety here also sucks! In the last 3 weeks I have come home from work at night and all of the lights in my section of the property have been out about 9 times! And this isn't a place that I want to walk around in the dark! Plus the stereo got stollen out of my vehicle and one day I walked out to find people just sitting on it! For watever reason they do not let you back into your parking spot and if you do they put a sticker on your window that says illegaly parked. But it is kinda funny how the silver expedition that parks in front has NEVER gotten one of those stickers and he backs in EVERY SINGLE DAY! The "security guards" are a joke they pretend to patrol the area but half the time they are just sitting in the car reading. And last (that I can think if right now) today I go to get in the shower and yet again there is no hot water.........
