I have been here a long time. They have switched management companys 5 times and they get progressively worse. Currently, they only work 9:00AM to 5:00PM so don't expect any customer service. Maintenance crew does the best they can with what they have but sine only about 100 out of 250 sold as condos and all the effort in the past 1 1/2 years has been to sell, there isn't enought money in the till anymore for upkeep. Office staff is rude and unhelpful. They act like they don't want to be hear either. Since the condo concept totally bombed, they are going back into the leasing business. All I can do is laugh at all the fools that purchased a cheap (and by that I mean not well constructed) apartment hoping to cash in on the real estate appreciation craze and now are left with an over priced headache. Some units are rented by new owners and some are rented by management company. I would stay away for this place until they get more tennants and can spent some money on the upkeep. I have about 3 or 4 scorpians visit ea. week and the appliances are really showing their age. They could do a lot better but the new management company chooses not too. Not really to may good things anymore about this place. Used to be quite nice.
