Upon entering the office, the manager Judy was talking to residents about other residents. The things they were talking about was very personal. The apartments are nice, but this manager seems to be way too involved with other people in the complex. Also it appeared that residents drink beer in the back office. I was able to see the bottles from the front. Also rumors are flowing that this complex will be converted into condos very soon. The apartments next door on both sides have already turned into condos. Want to live here' Be ready to have your personal life exposed to strangers.

Obviously the person who wrote this is personally upset or offended with Judy. I have lived here for quite some time and I have never had problems with her. She is a very professional person who does not gossip about other residents. I also don't think it is very polite to write false things on here that other people would read like seeing beer bottles in the office. Judy would never permit that! Even though Judy jokes around, she knows when to be professional. Afterall, "Management makes the difference." Most of Mountain Gates Residents have been here for many, many years because of Judy and the rest of the staff. So, if you don't want people to know your buisness, don't talk about it...Mountain Gate is a big family. We all care about eachother. Including our manager.

jessie0877 - You just said what I wanted to say. I am 43 yrs old and have lived in many other apartment complexes in my life.. I wish that all the other apt. managers were as good as Judy !!! She cares for me as one of her children. Judy is what makes this place so friendly and safe. Ya she knows whats going on around here, unlike my last complex manager that didn't even care when the pizza guy was robbed by gunpoint. Judy has a heart & cares about all her residents. Its nice when you get a call from here when your in the hospital to see how your doing. This complex will always be apartment due to the central air condition system. I do not worry about that.
