I lived at Mt. Park for two years. I was very impressed with the staff, the only one I can remember now is Paula, but I think she is gone. But they were all very nice. They always responded quickly to problems in my apartment. They would even call and ask how things were going. YOU CAN"T BEAT THAT. The location is nice. Parking is tight and had to park far from my apartment sometimes. I loved my two bedroom and all the windows. I am living in a house now but I would recommend Mt. Park to my mother.

I have been renting since October 2005 here. Same comments that you had would still apply. My roommate is moving and I will take the lease, but my next job may be way over in Glendale. If so, I found a similarly rated Equity apartment there to go to. This complex was our choice to begin with because of ratings such as yours. We seriously considered the ratings and were careful to see if there were repeated ratings (by the same poster) that would bias the percentage. The rating here is pretty accurate. Yes parking is kind of tight. Neighborhood is very boring. But there are all sorts of top eateries on both sides of I-10 nearby. Barnes and Nobles and Borders make it a plus. I do miss the Scottsdale Greenbelt where I used to live though.
