Mountain Park

Overall nice place to live From: jonnymac70 Date posted: 9/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived in a 2 bed 2 bath apt with my wife and our son. Our apt is located right next to the pool with a beautiful view of the mountain perserve. The staff are very friendly and the grounds are kept up nice including regular pool cleaning. Maintenance are very nice and very responsive. One of the perks is that you get 20% of your rent in points to buy a house so when you are ready to buy, you will have some extra money for a down payment. The best feature is the solid concrete floors - you can practically jump up and down and the people below wouldn't hear you. Only backdraws are the security gates are a joke and can be pushed open, the A/C in the apt is pretty old and is quite noisy and the thermostat is outdated. Our assigned parking space is far from our apt to whee we don't even use it. That and our apt has a lot of windows and is on the 2nd story so it gets really really HOT and our electric bill is high.
