The complex is great. Very animal friendly. Which was important since I have a dog. Also there is an entrance to the park at the bottom of the complex which makes it very convenient. The people in the office are wonderful. Luanne, Kari, Kara and KC (but she just left). All great people, that want to make the experience living here a good one.
Things to know though. When entering the complex from Ray Road the left side of the complex is far less crowded and parking is much easier. The right side of the complex has more buildings but the same amount of parking so it can be difficult.

I am wondering if this apartment complex has any pest issues? Especially spiders, roaches, and scorpions? I am terrified of creepy crawlies and I heard that pest control don't usually work to eradicate scorpions. Please advise

I have not seen any creepy crawlies. They do a roach control every 6 months so that is good. I have heard that there are scorpions mainly in the apartments facing the undeveloped land in back of the complex.

My roommate told me all our neighbors in our building have scorpions. We've been here over a year. No scorpions for us, amazingly. But we just got a cat who is very active at night just in case.
