Great Apartment!!

I've lived at Mountain Park for about a year, and love it. The staff is friendly, maintenance service is timely, and my 2bd 2ba apartment is laid out well and fairly spacious (I even entertained 8 people this Thanksgiving!).
Someone asked about pests, since this complex backs up to a mountain (more like a hill). We do have a TON of rabbits, but that doesn't bother me at all (I think they're cute personally), but the entire time I've lived here I've yet to see a single scorpion, spider or bug in the apartment. And I almost always have the back sliding door open. I have, however, seen the occasional small gecko outside the front door, but it's pretty rare.
All in all, this is a great place to live. My parking spot is always open, the floors are concrete so that you can't hear your neighbors (the one below me has a piano that she swears she plays -- I can't ever hear it), and the people around here are courteous (residents and employees alike). This isn't a Mark Taylor property mind you, but it's very nice considering the decent rent rate.
For anyone trying to find an apartment in Ahwatukee -- and most are turning into condos, so they're harder to come by -- this is the closest to "home" you're ever going to find in an apartment.
