It's gated. When you drive through the gate you have to speed up because the gate closes fast. Also if you are behind a car, you have to tailgate it in before the gate closes. There is at this time 8/14/2006 a bald headed man who spit on my car because he and his wife/girlfriend walked across the entrance at the gate before I could get there. The gate closed. I guess the expression on my face showed that I was pissed he did not wait. He came out to my car and yelled at me. I said everyone tailgates in, and I bet you do too. He denied it. Anyhow he spit on my car. I backed up, put my card in (because the gate closed) and went through. ironically, another car was tailgating me in. I yelled at the guy as I went through - "are you going to get a gun and shoot me, creep'" Other than there being occasional hotheaded belligerant creeps, the apartment complex is nice. There needs to be more uncovered parking though. I reported that creepy event to the manager today. The creep was probably drunk or maybe upset about some other deal, maybe fired from his $7 per hour job. If he assaulted me, I would have taken the punches but not fight back, and leave the rest up to the law and have him in Sherrif Joe Arpaio's jail for a couple of years in pink undies.

I cant help but comment on the slurs your making about the other tenant. Hence the reason he probably spit on your car. I doubt it was because of a look on your face. This site is for reviews on the property no personal grudges you have on other tenants.

And to continue on this line: That man started the fracas. My calling him a creep was the effect, not the cause, bucko. I hope you are not living at these apartments if you are coddling low lifes like that one. I am a very peaceful man who shys away from conflict, but I believe in justice, hence I defend myself, and that includes here.

I find it hard to believe that people aren't supposed to get upset about lowlifes, trying to be hard, and have nothing better to do with their time, than cry because someone stands up for themselves.
