For the past year, I have found Mountain Park apartments as a great place to reside. The staff has been courteous and helpful and attends to all of my needs. My move in was easy, and I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants to be in a quiet community. That was one of the reasons why I selected mountain Park, and with my apartment nestled along the mountain preserve, I wake up each morning to a beautiful view, and in the late afternoon, I have been able to sit back and enjoy watching the wild life upon the hill. As a sales rep, I have found this complex, easy to get in and out of to local retailers, freeway and airport proximity. This is a perfect place for anyone who loves a beautiful view, a park nearby, and the great phoenix surroundings, I would recomment Mountain Park bar none.
I have had all my maintenance problems (few for a complex this size), wuickly taken care of, and done with the care and respect any resident should have.
I also chose this complex for the fact it is a gated community, which gives me great comfort in security and safety. I have not have had one problem during my lease. I have not had any problems with neighbors near me, and the quiet surroundings make it a perfect place for home office work as well.
If you had to ask me why I chose Mountain Park, these would be reasons in summation: security, beauty, price, space and a great quality of life surroundings. i have been renting apartments for over 10 years, and this is the best property so far!
