By far the best apartment that I have lived in, Great office staff!

I have lived here for several years now and have been quite happy with the apartment living since I have been here. Mountain Park is in a great location; near major retailers and has easy access to I10 Freeway, not to mention that it is right next to a big park with good hiking trails that I enjoy to hike with my family and dog. I feel very comfortable with the office staff no matter if I have to put a work order in, pick up a package or pay rent, the office ladies are great, CJ and Kari are always there to help out with anything that I might need. When it came time for my lease to end I thought that my renewal rate was a little high, but CJ and Kari were there for me once again. I felt that they were truely trying to help me stay in the home that I liked rather than go through the hassle of moving. I feel that residents just like myself get treated with respect and a smile and aren't treated like some Joe Schmo that pays rent as a profit/business. Sadly to say when my lease is up next year I will probably & hopefully will be getting a house that Mountain Park has helped me get through renters credits. I don't know of any other apartment complex that helps you get a house. I would definately recommend this complex to anyone that is looking for a short or long term lease, you will be really suprised with the friendliness that you will receive. As far as parking goes I have 2 cars and very rarely find trouble parking, but I quess it depends on the time that you get home.
