I rented at this community for 14 months and I know Mountain Park is a great apartment community, the city park and the Mountain views makes this location unbeatable. The reason why I chose this community was because of its curb appeal (and of course location), the apartment was a little bit more of what I was looking to pay for, but is worth it. The community is very well maintained, and the staff is professional and friendly. I truly love this place and I will only leave when I m ready to buy a house of my own.
As everyone knows there is plenty of people out there who will always complain about the smallest little things, if is not the parking, is the neighbor, or the noise or the bugs or whatever they can think of; it doesn t necessarily mean these people have a legitimate complaint THEY JUST LIKE TO WHINE!!! The matter of fact is: Apartment living will always be, Apartment Living. So before you rent anywhere: do your research, visit the community and judge for yourself. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I tried to see for myself, but got bad service the minute I walked in the door. Needless to say, I didn't go any further than the leasing office because the leasing agent was so rude. It's a shame too, because I really love the location and the mountain views. I am disappointed. :(
