From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Preserve Townhomes look very nice on inside and outside, but there are a few things I wish I could have been warned about before making my decision to live there. First of all, kids, kids and more kids! They are everywhere...early in the morning on the weekends and in the evening. It is hard to leave windows open or anything without hearing a bunch of screaming kids...same goes for the pool area...don't plan to relax there! Also, the walls are very, very thin. We cannot sit in our living room without hearing our neighbors tv through the wall or hearing them taking a shower or something in the mornings. The Preserve are also stingy with keys...you get one mail key and one pool key..unless you want to pay $25 for another pool key...how annoying! On a better note, I have had no troubles finding a parking spot at any hour and I do love the fact that they are townhomes, but that is it.
