Mixed Feelings From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The Preserve townhomes are a beautiful place to live. The grounds are well kept and the apartments themselves are nice. Wonderful floorplan. The parking is absolutely insane. You get one assigned parking space regardless of how many people live there. The chances of finding an uncovered spot is slim to non and you often end up parking in a business parking lot or on the complete other side. That had a problem with cars being stolen so they installed gates that were more of a hastle then they were worth. Work orders were addressed either very late or not at all. We were charged upon move out for things that should have been taken care of while we lived there. Management left a lasting impression on us because it was so poor. We dealt primarily with one woman who never ceased to give us attitude. Always made us feel like we were putting her out. I was also charged money and never given a proper explanation as to why. I finally gave up because I was so sick of dealing with her. When we asked her for papers to break the lease, she didn't bother to ask why or if there was any way to make it better. The others in the office are friendly and helpful. If you can avoid her, you'll be fine. I would say the bad outweights the good. The apartments themselves would be wonderful if work orders were addressed. I would not recommend this place to people I know. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
