I have lived here for about a year and a half, signed a lease when it was formerly Trillium. That management company was great. Now after Mark taylor brought it the prices went up, ( I wont even tell you what I am paying) and the staff is not nearly as nice. Couple issues,
1. I have had maintenance out to fix a very small easy problem that should have only taken one time to fix. It has been 3 times and it is still not resolved. They do "patch up" work and do not take the time to fix the root of the problem.
2. I can't tell you how many times the gate where you pull in is constantly broken. Any one can just drive in. It's broken more than not.
3. It seems that the parents let the kids loose after school in the exact parking lot where the gate is always broken where cars are speeeing in at about 20mph.
4. The quality of the apartments are poor. They should not be called luxury townhomes unless they are upgrading to match that description. Cheap rug, cabinets and fake vinyl flooring do not equal luxury. I didnt want to move when our lease was up 6 months ago, so we gave it another chance and signed a 7 moth lease. They never offered to come in and upgrade anything or offer any incentives for staying.

I will say that the area and location is wonderful so much in fact that we have found a great apartment across the street and will be moving next month.

All in all, I do not reccomend Windsor at mountain park ranch.
