Don't move here, You wont like it. Its is an old Ramada Inn. I have been here since 2006 its now 2009. I have seen people get shot, my car got stolen, found dead bodies, Illegal aliens everywhere, and 3 drop houses as well. The place has gone threw so many owners in the past 3 years its unbelievable. And as far as this place being owned outta Mexico. That explains why there is so many WET BACKS!!! They have been trying to accommodate for all the tenants they lost because of these problems. So they up the rent $75. ITS NOT WORTH IT, THIS PLACE SUCKS!

i would HONESTLY have to say... " I AGREE with you !! " i have lived here at mnt spring terrace apts for aprox 2 1/2 yrs now and as you said, LOTS of managers! hell we went thru 4 in about 10m months last yr ! and now, well they are " selling out" different apts here with 3 different owners ans rent is whatever and heres the topper.. are you ready for this ? well now they are selling off {or should i say TRYING to sell! hell they can't even rent them out, net alone sale them!!} certain apts and are now calling them " CONDOS ! and check out them internet and you will see them going from about $ 29,900.00! what a joke!! any one would be crazy to rent here, and be in for a horriable nightmare if they was so stupid as to BUY one of there " condos" !! have a nice day.
