I guess its ok overall, however the maintenance is pretty half a**. It seems to take a long time after a call has been made to get something fixed and the workmanship is not great. It seems like they don't know what they are doing and will make it look like they do.
They units are big and its the first place ive lived in with two closets in the master bedroom and a fireplace in the living and bedroom, so that was nice. But the appliances are outdated and loud and they don't really clean the units that well before move in....(yellow stained cabinets).
The management is nice and seem to try to help out as much as they can.
One thing to beware of is they have no extra parking besides carports so you have to park on the street. Two weeks after we moved in my boyfriends truck was egged and a month afer that it was broken into, also kids will go by and bust out windows - SO WATCH OUT FOR THAT!!!!
