I moved here about a year ago and at first I hated it. I had some of the worst experiences with Heather and Tim - then late last year Michelle came on board as the office manager and she has been a heaven sent. She has also brought with her a really great assistant (also named Michelle) and a great maint. guy who knows what he is doing. Please understand that these buildings/units are old so they are going to have problems that is apt living, so is the noise and neighbors. Michelle is really trying to change this place around and has been doing a great job. The only reason I am leaving is to be closer to work. The community has improved, the landscaping is much better and there aren't as many stray cats around. Not only that but they have started to do residence appreciation activities. You are really close to a community center that has great activities for your kids, great gym and tennis courts. You have a pool here and there is an open area in the back of the complex that has grills and space for the kids or dogs to play. Overall I would say that it can only get better.

We moved out of there because of Heather and Tim. I loved it there except for them if they were gone my husband and i would be thrilled to move back there!
